After announcing the international schedule for the Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP), PokerStars has now released a slightly different draft schedule of the same series for its newly-acquired New Jersey (NJ) ring-fenced market.

This is the first time NJ players will have their very own SCOOP after the 2011 Black Friday episode, though online qualifiers to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) are missing from the menu in this draft.

The international edition has 59 events and will run from May 8 – 22. Details about the NJ event, such as exact dates and prize pools for many events are still lacking, but the draft schedule revealed 27 tournaments with high and low buy-in versions of the same game.

Bonafide natives of the garden state will be able to participate some games for as low as $5 and some as high as $1,000. The highlights of the series will be the Main Event (NLH), which will have a high buy-in of $500 and a low one of $50. The two-day High Roller (NLH) will also have similar buy-ins of $1,000 and $100 for high and low entries.

The draft was released on the TwoplusTwo forum by ‘PokerStars Dylan’ where he asked players to give their feedback.

Spin & Gos

The most notable additions to PokerStars NJ are the new $25 buy-in Spin & Gos, which were earlier as low as $10, whereas on PokerStars international these are much costlier at €50 to €100.

As is the current case internationally, 7% of the above $25 buy-in will contribute to the rake.

Moreover the highest multiplier is now set at 1,200x and the odds of the wheel spinning the largest prize pool ($30,000) is now three in 100,000.

Currently the NJ site is hosting the promotional $100,000 Spin and Go Special Edition, which increases the top multiplier by 12,000x.

The following game types and variations will be seen at the SCOOP NJ –
