The Czech Poker Masters €110 buy-in event that was recently hosted at King’s Resort Live in Rozvadov turned out to become the biggest tournament ever to be held on European soil. The event drew in a mammoth 6,368 entries (4,593 unique entries + 1,775 reentries) through an unprecedented ten online starting flights on partypoker that helped generate a €605,245 prize pool. partypoker LIVE and King’s Resort also added five 2019 WSOP Europe Main Event seats worth €10,600 each to the prize pool.

The event paid out the top 602 places and the last man standing in the record-breaking event was Germany’s Marius Mikalauskas (cover image) who collected the winner’s cheque worth €68,572.

King’s Resort owner Leon Tsoukernik while sharing his views on the record-breaking turnout said, “It is fantastic to smash the record for the most number of entries into a tournament in one venue in mainland Europe. It is another huge step forward for King’s and is a great start for partypoker.cz. I really think that with the plans we have we can double this number and hit 15,000 entries into one tournament one day! This is just the beginning!
