DPT April Schedule Released With Huge ₹2.25 Crores Guaranteed; Mandatory For Players to Have Adda52 Accounts

A ‘block the dates’ schedule has been released for the April edition of the Deltin Poker Tour (DPT) and players can look forward to another sizzling time from April 19 to the 24. The February edition of the series was a great success, drawing more than 1,000 entries prompting the organizers to set up another so soon, and one with a whopping ₹2.25 Crore Guaranteed!

There are a few changes this time around and one of them makes it mandatory for all players wanting to participate the series, to have an Adda52 account. Moreover, this account will be used as the KYCs for players while registrations for getting seated at the tournament.

Satellites & Events

The new changes and schedule were posted on social media by the organizers. Online satellites to the series begin tomorrow, March 20 and will run till April 16. There are four different satellites giving away seats to various events, as well as one for a Super Package.

This time around, there are five featured events with a total guaranteed prize pool of ₹2.25 Crores, including the highlight 35K Main Event (₹70L GTD) and a 100K buy-in High Roller (₹1 Crore GTD).

In February, two newbies had claimed both these events, with Imran Khan taking down the Main Event for ₹ 28 Lakhs and Manoj Pentakota claiming the High Roller for ₹33 Lakhs.

Like last time, the first event of the festival will be played online on April 18. At the February edition, Adda52 Team Pro Kunal Patni won this event for INR 2.13 Lakhs.

Registration Process

Players will now have to have an account at Adda52 in order to get their seating card for the DPT April Goa. The new registration process is as follows –

Step 1: Create Adda52 Online Account.

Step 2: Pay your Buy-in at the Cage / Adda52 Live.

Step 3: Share your username along with your Cage receipt and get your Seating card.

Registration Counters

There is more for players who come in on qualifiers or without prior online registration –

1. On the Spot – For users who don’t have Adda52 Accounts, there will be touch pads available to create accounts at the venue. However organizers recommend that you create an account well in advance as this will be used as your KYC. This will speed up the reg/seating process.

2. Adda52 Satty Winners – Specifically for players who have won the satty seat through Adda52.com.All Adda Diamond users will get a free upgrade to Red Band (VIP) along-with their seating cards.

3. Adda52 Live – Players who have made their deposits through Adda 52 Live will have access to this area. On the spot deposits and other requests for online transfers will be managed at this area.

VIP Band Upgrades

Additionally, all players can upgrade to VIP Status on paying INR 1,500 per day. This gives them access to the lush “Whiskey’s Lounge” along with premium alcohol.
