The weekend is here, and as is the trend, action has already begun to heat up on the virtual felts! Friday saw a good number of high-value tourneys make their scheduled run across the major online poker sites. Here is a rundown of all the action that went down yesterday.
Keeping the tournament crowd engaged is the 42-event-long Spartan Super Series (SSS) on Spartan Poker that is now on its final stretch. With a massive ₹5 Crores-plus in guaranteed prizes, the series has already awarded crores in prize money. It promises to be a perfect finale for the series on Sunday that will have the biggest showstopper on the schedule – the SSS Millionaire ₹1.5 Crores GTD – play down to a winner! Last month`s SSS Millionaire was none other than PokerGuru Ambassador Gokul ‘Super Kings’ Raj, who walked away with a hefty ₹27.45 Lakhs in prize money!
The first of the three-flight tournament played out on Friday amid 432 entries (257 unique, 89 re-entries, and 86 rebuys).
