The pace of the online action picked up considerably on Tuesday with the showstopper tournament of the day taking place on Spartan Poker, i.e., the Mega Stack ₹17 Lakhs GTD. The tournament saw a whopping ₹19.05 Lakhs prize pool generated over a 635-player field (303 unique, 139 re-entries and 193 rebuys). In the end, it was Ankur ‘Crimemastergogo’ Sehgal who was laughing all the way to the bank after winning ₹3.68 Lakhs.

In the other events on the site, ‘KillThemAll’ championed the ₹6 Lakhs GTD Daily Hi-Fi for ₹1.26 Lakhs while Bishal ‘xerxes’ Ghosh came out on top in the Ultimate PLO ₹2.5 Lakhs GTD to win ₹67,936.

Tuesday was equally action-packed on PokerBaazi that saw two popular tourneys run their scheduled course. The Endeavour ₹15 Lakhs GTD drew 446 entries (248 unique and 198 re-entries) and crowned a champion in Vaibhav ‘durrrr1310’ Saigal who banked a winner’s payday of ₹3.13 Lakhs. In the Tuesday MonsterStack ₹3 Lakhs GTD, Ankit ‘helter_skelter’ Kapoor triumphed over the 187-strong field (119 unique and 68 re-entries) to clinch the title for a ₹93,013 payout.

With the tournament regulars fast losing patience on the long-overdue TDS policy overhaul at Adda52, many among them seem to have shifted base elsewhere. Resultantly, the overlay woes of the site continue and last night the flagship Tuesday event – Hitman ₹7.5 Lakhs GTD – was walloped with a massive shortfall of nearly ₹2 Lakhs. ‘doshidhaval72’ got the best of the value on offer and collected ₹2.10 Lakhs in the top prize for shipping the event. Meanwhile, Kamal ‘ksn123’ Naruka took down the Hexagram ₹2.5 Lakhs GTD for ₹59,599.

PokerStars India too registered an overlay in its signature tournament last night, Sixth Sense ₹6 Lakhs GTD, but it was a paltry amount of about ₹500. Up-and-coming MTT player Anuj ‘brockLesnar95’ Yadav emerged victorious after outlasting 228 entries (123 unique and 105 re-entries) and went on to claim ₹1.10 Lakhs in first-place prize money. The other featured event on the site was the Deepstack ₹2 Lakhs GTD which pulled in 145 entries (102 unique and 43 re-entries) and managed to eclipse its guarantee, collecting a prize pool of ₹2.17 Lakhs. ‘SpoiledPila’ outmaneuvered IPC High Roller champion Pranay ‘aankhdikhatahai’ Chawla heads-up and walked away with ₹42,396 for their win. Chawla locked in ₹32,539 for his runner-up finish.

On 9stacks, Ashok ‘Think_Tank’ Choudhary captured the StackUp @8PM ₹2.5 Lakhs GTD title along with a ₹65,000 payday.
